  • Clean your hands often.
  • Take daily measures to put space between yourself and others (remain 6 feet away, which is approximately two arm lengths).
  • Avoid people who are infected.
  • Stock up on groceries.
  • Wash and disinfect frequently touched services.
  • Stay away from all cruise tours and non-required air voyage.
  • Call your doctor if you have interests in Coronavirus and your underlying disease or if you are ill.

Coping with stress

Older adults and people at any age who have severe underlying health diseases are at higher risk for severe infection from Coronavirus. People who might have problems getting aid if they become sick, like those undergoing homelessness or disabled people are also at heightened risk from Coronavirus.
